Soccer Club in Forest Hills Expands Offerings

Queensborough United Soccer Club has some exciting news about its teams, deal with Adidas, and more.

Queensborough United Soccer Club
, a nonprofit community-based organization, has expanded to include three teams this season, which allow more boys and girls ages 7-10 to play travel league soccer.

The soccer club aims to make travel-league style youth soccer easily accessible and affordable for the children and families of Queens. It’s dedicated to helping children develop standards of sportsmanlike behavior in hopes of contributing to their personal development and instilling values through playing soccer.

QUSC is now part of the Long Island Junior Soccer League, one of the largest youth sports organizations in the world. The league competes in the spring and fall seasons.

In addition, Adidas has signed a four-year sponsorship deal with QUSC, which includes providing players with uniforms and discounts on Adidas merchandise and other sports brands through the club’s local uniform supplier. The sponsorship also includes online coaching support for all of the club’s coaches, Major League Soccer collaborations, and field and facility branding.

QUSC believes that soccer is a meant to be a fun outlet for kids to be physically active. The club’s goal is to continue to keep the sport an enjoyable activity for all children in the program.

Queensborough United Soccer Club is located at 106-06 Queens Blvd in Forest Hills. For more information, call 347-909-4113 or visit queensboroughunitedsc.com.
