WHAT: The International Culinary Center (ICC) hosts a five-session workshop dedicated to making chocolate candy and confections. You will learn how to temper, mold, and dip chocolate to create truffles, bonbons, and more. JoMart Chocolates

WHAT: All workshops are led by owner Michael Rogak—a third generation chocolate maker who inherited the shop from his father. Families can opt for a group chocolate making class or private workshop. The chocolate classes are four-week sessions that go over an introduction to chocolate, molding and tempering, hand-dipping, and making truffles.
