    Billy Blanks Jr. to Hold Dance Class at 5th Annual Stamford Health, Wellness and Sports EXPO

    TMK Entertainment is producing the 5th annual Stamford Health, Wellness and Sports EXPO at Chelsea Piers, Connecticut, on Saturday October 15 from 10-5pm and Sunday October 16 from 11-4pm.

    This event includes over 100 exhibitioners aiming to encourage people and get them involved in health and fitness.

    “The information this event provides will inspire and empower people to take charge of their health,” says TMK Entertainment owner, Tammi Ketler.

    There will be new information and technologies from the Stamford Hospital which is opening late September 2016; activities include blood pressure screenings, hand hygiene advice, and chronic disease risk assessments.

    Billy Blanks Jr., as seen on ABC’s Shark Tank and The Dr. Oz Show, will hold a free dance class Oct. 15, from 1-2 p.m., and the Oct. 16 from 12-1 p.m. Reserve your spot among at hws-expos.com.  

    Receive a passport for life at the entrance and complete 40 activities to earn a complementary day pass at the Chelsea Piers Sports Center in Connecticut.



    Raffle tickets for prizes can be bought or exchanged for non-perishable food items; tickets are sold for $5. Grand prize includes a weekend stay at Stamford Marriott Hotel. These proceeds benefit The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County.

    There will also be a healthy restaurant sampling zone, featuring 20 local healthy restaurants. CVS Health will be distributing flu shots; insurance or cash are accepted.
