AFTER-SCHOOL
The goal of The Discovery Museum is to tap the natural wonder of young visitors, and help adult visitors reconnect to childhood wonder. Current exhibits are "From Here to There," a traveling exhibit from Sciencenter, in Ithaca, NY. Permanent exhibits include a new green energy exhibit, and "Preschool Power," a safe, colorful environment for exploration and play, sponsored by the Norma F. Pfriem Foundation. Light, sound, and space exhibits round out the offerings. Daily, full-dome planetarium shows in the Henry B. DuPont III Planetarium are included in the cost of admission.
