Tovah P. Klein, Ph.D., is a mom of three boys, a child psychologist, and the author of "How Toddlers Thrive: What Parents Can Do Today for Children Ages 2-5 to Plant the Seeds of Lifelong Success" (Touchstone/Simon & Schuster). Dr. Klein is associate professor of psychology and director of the Barnard College Center for Toddler Development in Manhattan. She served as a developmental advisor for "Sesame Street" and HBO films for children. She is on the advisory boards for Room to Grow, LearnNow.org, and Children’s Museum of Manhattan. She appears regularly on "Good Morning America" and her advice has appeared in The New York Times, Redbook, Parents, Slate.com, and Huffington Post, among others.
